SPOUSE VISA
If both partners are currently in Australia and planning to marry while applying for a Spouse Migration Visa, our experienced team can assist you through the process.

LOCATION WEDDING CEREMONIES
Many couples ask whether our Commonwealth-registered marriage celebrants can conduct ceremonies at locations outside our registry.
The answer is yes. Our celebrants are available to officiate at private venues, gardens, beaches, homes, or other locations of your choice.

PARTNER VISA (Prospective Marriage Visa)
If one partner is living overseas and applying to migrate to Australia on a Prospective Marriage (Fiancé) Visa, you will need to lodge a Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) before the ceremony can take place.
Once your NOIM has been lodged, we can provide the official confirmation documentation required to support your visa application.
OVERSEAS CLIENTS
International couples are welcome to marry in Victoria, and many travel to Melbourne specifically for their wedding ceremony.
Before you can legally marry in Australia, you must lodge a Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM). If you are completing your paperwork from overseas, there are specific witnessing requirements that must be followed.
